BREAKFAST IS NECESSARY
“Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dine like a Pauper”
It’s a well known phrase, but do you follow it?

Breakfast means breaking the fast after one has not eaten whole previous night. It’s the first and most important food of our daily routine. Due to overnight fasting the Vata dosha get aggrevated and to pacify Vata dosha one has to eat healthy and nutritious breakfast. The food we eat in breakfast feeds our body and mind with necessary nutrients and give energy to function throughout the day.
Nutritionists advise: breakfast should be eaten within two hours of waking.
Eating breakfast has long term HEALTH BENEFITS like:

The food you eat in your breakfast should be fresh and warm. It’s better to avoid frozen food. It should be balanced diet i.e it contains carbohydrates, protein, fat, liquid, vitamins etc. Along with this one can add herbs like Ashawgandha, satavri, brahmi, turmeric, Indian gooseberry etc.
