TULSI/HOLY BASIL TEA FOR WEIGHT LOSS

TULSI TEA RECIPE
Ingredients:
.15-20 fresh tulsi leaves/ holy basil
.1 glass of water
.1/2 to 1 teaspoon honey
.1/2 teaspoon graded ginger
. 4 to 5 drops of lemon juice
Instructions:
.Boil the holy basil/ tulsi leaves and ginger in one glass of water.
.Slow down the flame and let it boil on sim for further10 minutes till  the green leaf releases all its juices into the water completely.
.The water turns brownish green in color as it absorbs all the flavors of the basil leaf.
. Switch off the flame.

.Cool it down until it turns lukewarm.

.Strain the drink into a glass.

.Add  honey and lemon juice into it.
.Stir well.
.Enjoy between meals to purify the stomach or have it as your bed tea.
